Our range of cardio equipment, including treadmills, cross trainers, stair climbers, steppers, exercise bikes and rowing machines, will improve your endurance and stamina.

Become a tower of strength in our huge free weights area

If your goal is to build muscle, our large range of free weight equipment will help you increase muscle mass in a safe and efficient way. From dumbbells up to 50kg (in most gyms), weights benches and squat racks, to plate-loaded equipment (in most gyms) your fitness will go from strength to strength.

Workout with friends in the fitness studio

BfcGym members have access to over 50 free group exercise classes each week. From beginners to experts, there’s something for everyone no matter what your fitness goals may be.Our wide range of classes can help you tone muscle and burn fat at your own pace. Plus, there’s the added motivation of working out in a group environment with like-minded people.

Try something new in the Functional space.

Discover new ways to workout in our functional training areas - the perfect place to push yourself at your own pace. You’ll have the freedom to perform both body-weight activities and develop real-world functional strength using kettle bells, medicine balls and, in some gyms, battle ropes and rope pulls.

Clean and spacious changing rooms

All clubs have changing facilities with individual showers and locker facilities. There are hairdryers in all clubs and spare plug sockets for your own appliances. Just remember to bring a towel, your toiletries and a padlock with you if you wish to use our facilities when you visit our gyms.

Access to facilities around the clock

The majority of our nationwide gyms are open 24 hours, 365 days a year so we can provide you with the flexibility to workout whenever you want. Because we offer flexible opening hours we make sure you have access to workout in our gyms and have all the essential gym amenities around the clock.

Additional lockers

We have a number of lockers in our changing rooms and we also have lockers on the gym floor available so you enter and leave the gym fuss-free.

03Karate as a Sport

BFC Karate School grants Adults and kids the opportunity to channel all their youthful energies into learning, making great friends and developing lifelong skills while excising their entire bodies.

Karate is a sport with excellent opportunity for the individual to excel. Competition for all ages and several divisions allow the students to participate in a growing number of tournaments and championships. Even without entering these tournaments the value of karate as a way of keeping fit can clearly be seen

04BFC Massage & Jacuzzi

Our body massage services helps you distress, reduce pain and improve relaxation in your body.

A full body massage reduces anxiety and depression. It offers other benefits for the well-being of the individual, such as better sleep, increased energy, better concentration and less fatigue.

A full body massage can relieve pain and stiffness in the body. It can release endorphins, which act as a pain reliever and sometimes helps relieve migraine pain. Muscles that are tired over used or otherwise sore are able to relax and soften through the massage.Skin Benefits – a full body massage helps remove dead skin cells over the entire body for improved skin tone. Body massage stimulates blood flow, which benefits the appearance and health of the skin

Aquatic exercise in our Jacuzzi helps takes the pressure off your bones, joints and muscles.Sitting in the Jacuzzi for a period of time has a number of benefits, both physical and mental.

Reduces Stress – the bubbling of the Jacuzzi is particularly soothing and will help you to relax. You can use time in a Jacuzzi to get a reflexology massage placing your feet directly in front of the water jet, your feet contain thousands of nerve endings and their stimulation can improve your overall well-being and mood.

Ease Muscle Pain – an effective way to treat sore muscles and joints. The water jets inside the tub allow for a high-pressure hydro massage that you direct to specific parts of your body by moving around and adjusting your body to receive the full force of the water.

Improve Circulation -: The hot water and bubbling of the Jacuzzi will cause body temperature to rise which in turn will dilate blood vessels. A soak in a Jacuzzi can make you feel invigorated and improve the health of your lungs and heart.

05BFC Loser
